You'd have to drink diet drinks by the litre regularly (as in daily) to have any sort of permanent ill effect from the tiny amounts of sweetener they use.
Stevia is probably the safest sweetener though if you want to worry about that sort of thing.

I bought some the other day.
I like regular Coke, but hate Diet Coke.
Coke Life is somewhere in the middle.
I won't be buying it again.

Isn't the problem that if you drink Coke you're helping fund the Israeli killing of Palestinians, and if you drink Pepsi you're funding ISIS killing everybody else?

Diet coke is disgusting, that's what's wrong with it
Haven't had coke life as I can't stand the taste if sweeteners, but the few people I know who've tried it say it has an awful aftertaste and gives you a cracking headache. If that's tge case, I'll stick to gin.

Contains Stevia rather than sugar, which will make fat people think they can drink it but in reality it's absolutely shocking for you, ala diet coke.
